Foraging Class

A two hour walk and talk stroll through the woods, lead by Perry and Ben that will identify wild plants, herbs, and trees, then return to the Hotel for a foraged focused 3 course lunch.

Learn the process of making a perfect seafood focused Paella, from choosing the right rice, to the stock, sofrito, and the technique needed to get the sought after “La Soccarat.” Afterwards, sit down and enjoy the dish!



Fresh Tortillas Class
